From the left: Ms. Wendy Huang, Secondee from the Guangzhou Municipality. She is the Deputy Head at the Department of Science, Technology & Education of the Bureau of Health of Guangzhou Municipality.
Ms. Fang Zhou, is an intern at the Communications and Information Division. She comes from Hanghzhou. At the moment she is doing her Masters at the Sciences Po Lille and she is studying Cultural Institution Management.

2014 UCLG ASPAC Executive Bureau and Council Meetings in Hamamatsu

We would like to thank everyone most sincerely for attending the Executive Bureau Meeting in Hamamatsu. The participation of each one of you is very important for the UCLG ASPAC cause.
For the Executive Bureau Meeting of UCLG ASPAC, a total of 57 members participated-a most commendable turn-out.
For the International Conference, the total was 244 participants, from 11 countries and regions, with 77 people from overseas.
