Our member, Guangzhou, that presented their international award for urban innovation; our partner, Green Purchasing Network Malaysia, that brought their energy-saving lamp company, Nitto Optotronics; our other partner, IHI Enviro Corporation, that participated in showcasing their latest green technology (more info about this company can be looked at the bottom part of this e-newsletter) were among the tenants. With deep sorrow we inform you the passing of Mawardy Nurdin, The Mayor of Banda Aceh. The city of Banda Aceh is a member of APEKSI (the Association of Indonesian Municipalities). He passed away on Saturday, 8th February 2014 at 07.30 pm (GMT +7) in Banda Aceh, Indonesia after his long battle with chronic kidney disorder.
