January 2022 | UCLG ASPAC highly appreciates cities that continue showing solidarity to other cities in facing the pandemic challenge. In the spirit of new year 2022, UCLG ASPAC Secretariat gladly facilitated the mask donation from Changsha Municipal People’s Government for Indonesia and Guiyang Municipal People’s Government to Semarang City.
