A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between UCLG ASPAC and CityNet was signed in Sidoarjo, East Java, on 5 September 2015 on the sidelines of the 33rd Executive Committee Meeting and International Seminar hosted by CityNet. Both parties agreed to collaborate in staging regional capacity building initiatives through joint work activities.
The MoU shows both parties’ strong commitment to cooperate in their best interest to achieve the goals in a mutually beneficial manner. Through this cooperation, UCLG-ASPAC and CityNet will have big opportunity to share significant points of common interest to support cities and local government in Asia-Pacific with their urban development and management efforts.
