The Fourth Standing Committee Meeting was convened on May 21, 2019 during the 2019 UCLG ASPAC Executive Bureau Meeting in Yiwu, China. Over 80 delegates from the Committee members, like Guangzhou, Hangzhou, Jakarta and New Zealand One Belt One Road Council, and other cities and organisations attended the meeting. The delegates of Fuzhou presented the renovation of old houses and the treatment of black and foul water pollution in Fuzhou.
