At the 7th UCLG Congress in Daejeon, South Korea, local and regional governments and its associations all over the world convened to share experiences in the context of Daejeon’s smart city movement, and to renew a shared commitment towards creating a mindful and restorative relationship between people, planet and government.
In this spirit, UCLG has published a Pact for the Future that reflect that commitment, so that local and regional governments can better channel the power of the municipal movement which puts the people and the planet first. Read the pact here.
