AS we all know, our friends and colleagues in Bangkok are now suffering from the devastating floods which hit the city for two weeks now.
On behalf of all UCLG ASPAC members and partners, we would like to send our sincere condolences and sympathy to the people of Thailand for the loss of life and damage caused by the flooding.
Our thoughts and prayers are with the Kingdom of Thailand, and everyone affected by this terrible tragedy.
