THE 27th Harbin International Ice Sculpture Competition (hereinafter refer to as HIISC) will be held on January 6-8, 2013 at the Zhaolin Park, Harbin, China. Prominent sculptors from all over the world will compete in this major international event of ice sculpture. Harbin People’s Municipality, would like to invite you to represent your country at this International Ice Sculpture Competition.
Coinciding with the 29th Harbin International Ice and Snow Festival, the Competition will provide you not only the opportunity to exchange artistry with sculptors from various countries, but also the opportunity to appreciate the winter glamour of Harbin city.
