On 15 and 16 January 2014, the DELGOSEA core network and Standing Committee successfully organized the first conference of DELGOSEA II in Bangkok.
Colaborated with Konrad Adenauer Stiftung, we engaged some high-profile keynote speakers, such as: Hon. Adolfo Severino, former Secretary General of ASEAN, who presented ‘5-Years ASEAN Charter – Perspective for the development of ASEAN as A Value Based Community’ and Mr. Gerhard Stahl, Secretary General of the Committee of the Regions of the EU, who explained ‘Institutional mechanism for promoting good local governance in the European Union.’
