UCLG Executive Bureau confirmed 17 June in Rio, Overview of activities and hotel arrangements information needed by 10 May.
The organiser has received offers from the Conference Organisers to secure up to 200 rooms from 16-19 June with prices of Maximum 300 Euros a night.
In case of limited availability of rooms, the World Secretariat will prioritise delegations of Bureau Members which have formally registeres as per UCLG circular of 3 April.
