UCLG ASPAC Executive Bureau and Council Meetings in Colombo, Sri Lanka, took place on November 27th-28th, 2013. An International Workshop on “Empowering Local Partnership for Better Sanitation and Water Services” and a Regional Consultation with Local Governments “Towards a Post-2015 Framework for Disaster Risk-Reduction” were also organized in accordance with the main meeting.
