United Cities and Local Governments Asia Pacific (UCLG ASPAC) connects the dots of those differences towards peace and prosperity for the biggest continent. UCLG ASPAC links more than 7000 local government in this region representing over 3.76 billion people -approximately half of the world’s population, and it incorporates economically fast-developing countries such as China, India and Indonesia.
