We are thrilled to announce the launch of the 4th Batch of the Xi’an – UCLG ASPAC Chinese Language Training Programme, a collaborative initiative between the Xi’an City Government, UCLG ASPAC, and Shaanxi Normal University (SNNU). This program is designed for Chinese learners from UCLG ASPAC member governments and organisations, cities within the UCLG ASPAC Tourism Committee, and international sister cities of Xi’an.
Programme Highlights:
- Format: Online via the DingTalk App (refer to the attached Programme Information for details).
- Courses: Four main online courses—Basic Chinese Language, Communicative Chinese, Understanding China, and the Charm of Xi’an.
- Time Commitment: Minimum 4 hours per week for 8 consecutive weeks (2 hours each on Wednesdays and Fridays).
- Certification: Participants who meet the required training hours and completion criteria will receive a certificate.

- Eligibility: Open to participants from UCLG ASPAC members, Tourism Committee cities, and Xi’an’s sister cities.
- Fee: Free of charge

- Attach a recommendation letter from your government or organization (signed by your direct supervisor).
