The Decentralisation and Local Self-Government Committee of the United Cities and Local Governments offers the 4th edition of the online Course on Decentralisation and Local Governance, which will be held from September 25th to December 20th 2013. The course is mainly directed to technical experts and local, regional and central government officials from all over the world.
The course main goals are to facilitate the debate on local democratic governance and to strengthen decentralisation and local self-government processes all over the world. The training has two parallel versions: the Decentralisation and Local Governance general online course, in English and the Decentralisation and Local Governance in Latin America online course, in Spanish. Both courses are fully subsidised by Barcelona Provincial Council as chair of the Decentralisation and Local Self-Government Committee.
Each course has 20 places available. If you are interested in the online course, we encourage you to send us the registration form, dully filled out, and a photocopy of your identification document (ID) or Passport to the Secretariat of the Committee before 6 September 2013: dal.cglu@diba.cat.
