On December 2-3, 2022, at the Sokha Phnom Penh Hotel and Residence in the Kingdom of Cambodia, Phnom Penh Capital Administration hosted and co-organized the AMF 2022 with UCLG ASPAC. More than 300 people participated at the Forum, including mayors, governors, representatives of ASEAN cities and local governments, regional partners, and U.N institutions, to enhance collaboration between ASEAN cities. The meeting was also attended by the Prime Minister of Cambodia, H.E., Mr. Hun Sen, which made the first AMF attended by the head of the government and the first AMF back-to-back with MGMAC.

Concerning the completion of the AMF meeting in Phnom Penh, the AMF Secretariat produces a proceeding report of AMF 2022 Phnom Penh. This proceeding highlighted the flow of the meetings, the people involved, the result, and the conclusion of the meeting.
