THE West Kalimantan Province launched three applications, namely KAPUAS, PRIMA, and SMART to ensure it continuously delivers better services to local people. Each of the app functions differently, but ultimately contribute to the better performance for the people.

This is an application to support local government of Kalimantan Province in accelerating administrative procedure internally. Faster process and finalisation of the document will help faster execution as well as decision making process.

Standing for “Profesional, Responsif, Integritas, Melayani, Akuntabel” (professional, responsive, integrity, serving, accountable), PRIMA is an application to ensure services delivered to local people are faster, cheaper, and more transparent.

This application is designated as a tool for local people to share their complaints, comments, as well as information on the violation of the local regulation. Providing this platform, local government of West Kalimantan Province expects that voices from local people can be responded in timely manner. This application and service is also related to the complaint and reporting service by Civil Service Police Unit. The launch of SMART application was conducted in conjunction with the anniversary of the province’s Civil Service Police Unit.
