Through the collaboration among UCLG ASPAC, BRLC, experts and scholars we have completed our first Belt and Road local cooperation policies and country studies. This extensive report delves into how local government thrives during the COVID-19 pandemic situation, balancing the responsibility to boost the local development and reducing the pandemic risk, as well as creating local initiatives and providing best practices for the greater good for all.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The research report also provides details of the impact supported by official data by national governments and research organizations, and analyzes the impact, experiences of countries and scoop out the best learning for laying a future roadmap for a resilient future.
